To ensure customer satisfaction, all Kravenor products include a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects related to materials or manufacturing, including:

✅ Malfunctions in the watch mechanism not caused by misuse
✅ Functional issues affecting the normal use of the product
✅ Defective clasps, pins, or buckles on straps (when not caused by misuse)
If a defect is confirmed, Kravenor will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
